Re005 believes that online gambling should remain a form of entertainment — not a burden. This Responsible Gaming page outlines re005's commitment to ensuring every player in Malaysia plays within healthy, safe, and enjoyable limits. We provide a range of free control tools to help you manage your gaming activity wisely.
These are not just rules on paper — they are values re005 applies to every decision made to protect Malaysian players.
Re005 employs a strict age verification process to ensure our platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. Every registration application is reviewed, and identity verification documents may be requested at any time to ensure full protection for minors.
Re005 provides a range of control tools accessible directly from your account settings — including daily deposit limits, session loss limits, play time limits, temporary account breaks, and long-term self-exclusion options. All tools are free and take effect immediately upon activation.
Re005 is committed to displaying gambling risk information clearly throughout our platform — including reminders that gambling carries real financial risk, the RTP values of each game, and links to trusted support resources for players who need assistance.
Re005's Malay-speaking support team is on hand to assist players who need guidance on responsible gaming, activating control tools, or simply want to talk through their playing habits. Reach us via live chat at any time — no question is too big or too small.
Re005's system automatically monitors member activity patterns to identify signs of unhealthy play. If concerning behaviour is detected, our team will proactively reach out to the member in question to offer appropriate support and guidance.
Re005 actively promotes a healthy gaming culture through educational content, awareness campaigns, and the integration of responsible gambling messages across all our marketing communications. We are proud to be a platform that places the well-being of Malaysian players above short-term profit.
Important Note: This page contains important information about responsible gaming at re005. Our platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. Gambling carries real financial risk — please play within your means.
Re005 has never viewed slots, live casino, or table games purely as a source of revenue. To us, every Malaysian player who logs into the re005 platform is a real person with a real life, family responsibilities, and personal aspirations that matter far more than any online game. That is why responsible gaming is not just a button tucked away in account settings — it is a core value that has shaped how we build and run this platform from day one.
We understand that most re005 players play for fun — to unwind after a long day at work, to feel the thrill of an exciting slot game, or simply to try their luck at a blackjack table after watching the EPL on the weekend. These are healthy reasons to play, and re005 is here to support that meaningful entertainment experience. That said, we're also aware that for a small number of players, gambling can become a serious problem if left unchecked.
Responsible gaming means participating in gambling activities — whether spinning slots at re005, sitting at a Live Casino table, or trying Casino Hold Em — with full awareness of the risks involved and within your own financial and emotional limits. It's not about avoiding play altogether, but about how you choose to play.
Players who gamble responsibly at re005 typically display the following characteristics:
📌 re005 always reminds members that winnings on our platform cannot be guaranteed. Every game uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) that ensures each outcome is entirely random — no betting system, strategy, or "technique" can consistently alter these underlying odds.
Re005 encourages all Malaysian players to practise the following healthy gaming principles each time they log in to our platform:
Re005 provides a range of free control tools designed specifically to help Malaysian members manage their playing activity more responsibly. All tools are accessible directly from the "Account Settings" section — no need to contact anyone first.
Set a limit on how much you can deposit into your re005 account over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once the limit is in place, the re005 system will decline any deposit that exceeds it — even if you attempt to use a different payment method such as GrabPay or DuitNow.
Set the maximum loss you are willing to accept in a single session, per day, per week, or per month. Once the loss limit is reached, re005 will automatically end your gaming session and display a notification reminding you to take a break and reassess.
Set a limit on how long you can play in a single session at re005. The system will send a reminder as you approach your set time limit, and will automatically end the session once the limit is reached. This helps you maintain a healthy balance between entertainment and daily responsibilities.
Need a break from the re005 platform? Activate the temporary account break feature, which can be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During the break period, you will not be able to log in to your re005 account — giving you the space and time to reflect on your playing habits.
For players who need a longer-term solution, re005 offers a self-exclusion option that closes your account either permanently or for a minimum period of six months. Once activated, your re005 account cannot be reopened until the self-exclusion period has ended — even if you request otherwise.
Re005 allows you to view your full gaming activity history — including total deposits made via Touch 'n Go, ShopeePay, Boost, or Maybank2u, total bets placed, winnings, losses, and time spent on the platform. This information helps you assess your gaming habits honestly and objectively.
📌 To activate any of the control tools above, log in to your re005 account and navigate to "Account Settings > Responsible Gambling". If you need help activating any control tool, contact the re005 support team via live chat — we're available 24/7.
